LOCATION:It is located in the Civil Department and also an extension of it is located near the Girls hostel called PWD.
The Civil Maintenance deals with the concrete aspects of the college including construction,repair and maintenance. This cell basically deals with the repair and maintenance of all the concrete property of the entire college.If there exists any problem with any of the doors,flooring,roofing etc then it can be reported to this cell.

To register the complaint one h.as to write an application addressed in name of Maintenance Incharge, Civil Maintenance Cell.If the probleem is at a minor level,he looks into its functioning else it is forwarded to the Incharge of Civil Maintenance.If the problem is at a still higher level it is brought into the notice of the Chairman of the Civil Maintenance cell.If the reported complaint is considered then the required action and the course of action for that problem is decided.Then the further job resides in the hands of PWD Department which actually carry out the work.
