Workshop content: The workshop aims at bringing awareness towards the concept of strategy at an individual level and attempts to witness the reflection of the same in organisations. The objective is to understand strategy, its application in individual decision making focussing on how to strategically analyse, choose and take the right career path for students. Workshop also attempts to throw light on genesis of strategy, strategic management process and two basic schools of thought. This is done to help students realize the importance of identifying; reconfiguring strengths and weaknesses to harness opportunities they come across and mitigate risks.
Mr. Dilip Chandra Seetaram (MBA, University of Liverpool, UK) from Bangalore Management Academy will be conducting a talk on ‘Being Strategic’ on 10th March ( Thursday ) at 3.00 p.m in the Auditorium of Information Technology Building.
